This was the week that was…busy.
I had intended to get the first few chapters of Fallen Earring written and online, and install and check out buddypress, preparatory to a outpouring of members from the New Writing Media group at ning and a corresponding exodus from writingforums.com, including myself.
Instead, I find myself as a forum moderator [...]

Finally installed a forum app that works…something called the WP Forum Server, a “fork” of the WP Forum app I used here last year. It doesn’t fight with buddypress or the other plugins, widgets, apps, and whatnot that infest this place.
Great stuff…and for lunch I got to try one of them newfangled Burger King steakburger [...]

Things have been more than a little stressful of late. I won’t go into detail, but there have been a lot of things happening, only some of which are good.
